螺旋刷 Coil Brushes

○ 螺旋刷，又名弹簧刷，是由条刷变形而成。主要用途：清扫、防尘、密封、抛光、去毛刺等。

○ 螺旋刷从刷毛方向和形状划分为五种：内绕弹簧刷、外绕弹簧刷、内绕单片刷、外绕单片刷、侧绕杯形刷。

○ 内绕式刷、外绕式刷、侧绕杯形刷主要应用：

   ◇ 内绕式刷：金属线材/管材的表面处理、一些非标机型的密封配件；

◇ 外绕式刷：可灵活地装配到轴上组装成“缠绕式辊刷”使用，参考辊刷的应用；

◇ 侧绕式刷：除尘、防护、抛光。常见于吸尘器上配套、制作成端面刷和平底刷等。

○ 可供选择的刷毛材质：尼龙丝、钢丝、铜丝、磨料丝、天然动物毛、天然植物丝等。

○ 可根据您的需求定制。

○ Coil brushes are also called spiral brushes, transformed from strip brushes. Coil brushes are mainly used in sweeping, dust proof, sealing, polishing, deburring, etc.

○ We have five types: inside coil brushes, outside coil brushes, inside disk brushes, outside disk brushes and formed cup brushes.

○ Applications:

    ◇ Inside-spiral type: metal wire/tube surface finishing, nonstandard type spare parts;

 ◇ Outside-spiral type: assembled and formed into brush roller flexibly.

 ◇ Side-spiral type: dust removal, protection, polishing. Usually used in vacuum cleaner parts, or formed into end brushes.

○ Bristles available: nylon, steel wire, brass wire, abrasive wire, animal hair, plant fiber, etc.

○ Can be customized as request.
